Mother-Daughter Retreat

  • Silver Birch Ranch N6120 Sawyer Lake Road White Lake, WI, 54491 United States (map)

Throughout the weekend, you’ll enjoy a meaningful journey filled with activities to deepen the heart connections between mothers and daughters. Be prepared to enjoy great times of teaching and worship that will draw you into a deeper relationship with Christ and each other.

Get ready to connect with each other and create memories on this weekend adventure that will last for years to come. Imagine you and your daughter going for a horse ride, zip lining, playing a game in the Canteen, laughing on a boat ride, or walking on a wooded trail letting your daughter know how much you and her Savior love her.

This retreat is for daughters in grades K-12.

Retreat Speakers: Bethany Swanstrom & Adalee Swanstrom

Bethany Swanstrom

Bethany Swanstrom is a speaker, Bible study leader, youth leader, mother, and passionate advocate for adoptive families. She met her husband, Jeff, while on Summer Staff at Silver Birch Ranch and is always excited for the opportunity to speak at the Mother-Daughter Retreat. Bethany and her family welcomed two girls home from Haiti in 2019, which has provided Bethany with many opportunities to serve other women with unique parenting needs. Bethany and her family have also recently welcomed several daughters-in-law, some of whom will also be speaking at the Mother-Daughter retreat. Together, they love to point women and girls towards loving Christ more and more.

Adalee Swanstrom

Adalee Swanstrom is a daughter, wife, daughter-in-law, youth leader, and speech-language pathologist. This is Adalee’s first time at Silver Birch Ranch, but she is skilled at camp ministry and is excited to see what God has planned for this weekend. Adalee grew up close to her mom and considers her mom to be one of her best friends. This relationship has sparked a passion in Adalee to build strong relationships with the women in her life and help others do the same. Adalee has loved caring for people by leading her college ministry while in school and now in youth ministry, where she leads middle school girls. She has spoken in a number of ministry contexts and offers a unique perspective on what it means to be a daughter. She is looking forward to getting to know the amazing women of God on this retreat and watching Him work in each relationship here.
